WOW (literally 'who or what') reports can be viewed on line to measure the success of marketing campaigns as they unfold.

The reporting solution has been developed over the last 2 years and provides end to end measurement, particularly where MIG is managing email development and distribution on behalf of a client.

Where email is part of the mix, the following end to end measurement is available:

• Emails delivered
• Emails opened (and not opened)
• Emails bounced
• Number of clicks to open the iBrochure
• Number of visitors per page
• Best and worst performing spreads / pages / products
• Value of orders completed
• Who it was that completed these actions
